Black Garlic Bacio Nero Cocktail

BGK’s Black Garlic Bacio Nero is a blackcurrant and amaretto based cocktail with a kiss of Black Garlic from Black Garlic Infused Vodka.

Ingredients

Handful of ice cubes

50ml (1 x double measure) amaretto
50ml (1 x double measure) BGK’s Black Garlic Infused Vodka or commercially available Black Garlic Vodka
50ml (1 x double measure) concentrated blackcurrant juice
Soda water

Garnish (optional)

Orange slice
clove Black Garlic

Method

Put a handful of ice into a gin glass or tall glass, add the amaretto, vodka and blackcurrant juice.
Top with soda water and stir.
Garnish with a slice of orange and a clove of Black Garlic (optional).
