Ingredients<\/span><\/p>
200g peppered mackerel fillets\u00a0– skinned and flaked<\/a><\/span><\/li>
100g cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/li>
100g cream cheese<\/li>
1 tbsp creamed horseradish<\/li>
\u00a0Juice of \u00bd lemon<\/li>
4 sprigs fresh dill<\/li>
5 cloves Black Garlic<\/strong><\/li>
\u00bd -1 tsp smoked paprika (according to taste)<\/li>
1-2 tbsp whisky (optional)<\/li>

Method<\/span><\/p>
Put all the ingredients with the exception of the salt and pepper into a food processor. Blitz until the desired consistency is reached.<\/li>
Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Add a little more smoked paprika if desired.<\/li><\/ul>

To Serve:<\/strong> serve with BGK\u2019s Black Garlic Molasses Loaf<\/strong> <\/a><\/span>or rye bread.<\/p>
Top Tip<\/strong>:<\/b>\u00a0for added flavour and texture stir through some chopped fresh dill and two cloves of chopped Black Garlic. The addition of a tot of whisky adds a lovely smokiness to the p\u00e2t\u00e9 and complements the Black Garlic.<\/p>
