1 x tin **tuna<\/b> (145g-160g)\u00a0– drained<\/li>
8 tbsp BGK’s\u00a0Black Garlic Mayonnaise<\/u> <\/b><\/a><\/span>or commercially available Black Garlic Mayonnaise<\/b><\/a><\/span> or shop bought mayonnaise combined with 1 tbsp Black Garlic Paste<\/b><\/a><\/span><\/li>
4 cloves Black Garlic<\/b><\/a><\/span><\/li>
4 tsp capers \u2013 drained<\/li>
2 anchovy fillets<\/b> in oil from a tin or jar \u2013 drained\u00a0<\/li>
Juice of half a lemon<\/li>
Salt and freshly ground black pepper<\/li>
2 x fillets ready to eat skinless & boneless steamed salmon fillets<\/u><\/a><\/span><\/b><\/li><\/ul>

Method<\/span><\/p>
Place the tuna, mayonnaise, Black Garlic cloves, capers, anchovy fillets and lemon juice into a food processor. Blitz until the Black Garlic tonnato sauce is smooth. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.<\/li>
Spoon and spread a quarter of the tonnato sauce onto a serving plate.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>
Break the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces and lay on top of the tonnato sauce. Cover the top of the salmon with the remaining tonnato sauce.<\/li>
Garnish the Black Garlic Salmon Tonnato by scattering over the capers, slices of Black Garlic, chopped gherkins and finish with a sprinkle of Black Garlic Seasoning or a grinding of black pepper.<\/li><\/ul>
