Ingredients<\/span><\/p>
8 pork sausages<\/li>
1 tbsp olive oil<\/li>
1 large onion \u2013 peeled and finely sliced<\/li>
200g mushrooms \u2013 sliced<\/li>
300ml tomato juice<\/li>
1 tbsp Black Garlic Paste<\/b><\/li>
4 tsp cornflour \u2013 slackened in a little water<\/li>
4 tbsp Black Garlic Sugar<\/b> or soft brown sugar<\/li>
3 tbsp Black Garlic Infused Balsamic Vinegar <\/b>or white wine vinegar<\/li>
A few drops of Worcestershire sauce<\/li>
Salt and freshly ground black pepper<\/li>
6 cloves Black Garlic<\/b> \u2013 finely sliced<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Method<\/span><\/p>
Fry the sausages in the oil over a medium heat until browned all over. Remove from the frying pan and set aside.<\/li>
Fry the onion in the same frying pan in the residual oil until soft. Add the mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes.<\/li>
Put the tomato juice, Black Garlic Paste, cornflour, sugar and vinegar into a jug. Whisk well.<\/li>
Put the browned sausages back\u00a0into the frying pan with the cooked onions and mushrooms. Add the mixture from the jug. Bring to the boil, stirring continuously. Simmer for 20 minutes.<\/li>
Add a few drops of Worcestershire sauce and salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.\u00a0<\/li>
Stir in the finely sliced Black Garlic.<\/li><\/ul>
