Ingredients<\/span><\/p>
1 quantity BGK’s\u00a0<\/span>Black Garlic Honey & Mustard Marinade<\/u><\/b><\/a><\/span><\/li>
4 boneless pork chops<\/li>
Salt and freshly ground black pepper<\/span><\/li>
4 cloves Black Garlic<\/strong> – sliced<\/span><\/li>
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Method<\/span><\/p>
Put the marinade in a non-metallic dish. Place the chops in the marinade making sure they are well coated. Cover and leave in the refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours or preferably overnight.<\/li>
When ready to cook, preheat the oven to 200C\/180Cfan\/Gas6.<\/li>
Put the marinated chops into a baking dish. Spoon over the residual marinade. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.<\/li>
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until cooked through.<\/li>
Scatter over slices of Black Garlic and chopped parsley.<\/li><\/ul>
