Ingredients<\/span><\/p>
1 large egg – room temperature<\/li>
375ml flavourless oil e.g. sunflower oil<\/li>
2 tbsp white wine vinegar<\/li>
3 tsp Black Garlic Paste<\/b><\/li>
1 tsp Black Garlic Sea Salt\u00a0<\/b>or table salt<\/li>
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Method<\/span><\/p>
Break the egg into the bowl of a mini food processor or blender. With the motor running, slowly pour in the oil followed by the vinegar.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>
Add 2 teaspoons of Black Garlic paste to the bowl plus the salt and freshly ground black pepper. Pulse the mixture until\u00a0the Black Garlic Paste is evenly distributed. Check for seasoning.<\/li><\/ul>
Put the Black Garlic Mayonnaise into a serving bowl. Using a skewer swirl through the remaining teaspoon of Black Garlic paste.<\/li>
Transfer to a refrigerator as soon as possible.<\/li><\/ul>

To Serve: <\/b>toss through a salad<\/u><\/b> <\/a><\/span>or use as a dip.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
Note: as this recipe contains raw egg it should not be served to infants, pregnant women, older adults and other high-risk groups such as those with a weak or compromised immune system.<\/b><\/p>
