Ingredients<\/span><\/p>

  • 250g shiitake mushrooms<\/li>
  • 2 tbsp olive oil<\/li>
  • 4 tbsp Black Garlic Soy Sauce<\/b> or soy sauce<\/li>
  • 2 tsp <\/span>Black Garlic Paste<\/b><\/li>
  • 1 tsp garlic powder<\/li>
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika<\/li>
  • \u00bc tsp freshly ground black pepper<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Method<\/span><\/p>

    • Wipe the shiitake mushrooms clean. Remove the stems from the mushrooms. Slice the caps thinly.<\/li>
    • Mix all the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Add the sliced shiitake mushrooms. Leave to marinate overnight in the refrigerator.<\/li>
    • Preheat the oven to 200C\/180Cfan\/Gas6.<\/li>
    • Drain the shiitake mushrooms and pat dry with kitchen towel. Lay the mushrooms in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.<\/li>
    • Cook for 20 – 25 minutes, turning the mushrooms halfway through. Keep a watchful eye on the mushrooms<\/span>\u00a0<\/b>as they burn easily.<\/span><\/li>
    • Cook until crisp and brown.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
