For Dad whose memory and love is locked in our hearts. What better way to honour BGK’s Dad’s memory than incorporating Black Garlic into his favourite meal – Chinese – and his favourite Chinese restaurant Beijing Restaurant Addlestone, whose food and hospitality he loved and where we shared many brilliant family meals, celebrated every special occasion and made so many happy memories.
